The Investigations Division oversees all types of criminal investigations with the goal of bringing them to successful prosecution. Division members assist other local law enforcement agencies when requested and work closely with local and federal prosecutors. The Special Tactics and Response (STAR) Team, Sex Offender Registration and Enforcement (SORE) Unit, and Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Unit also are part of the Investigations Division.
