You can post a cash bond for someone in the Clay County Detention Center if it is an option from the Court in the inmate's case. You can post bond at the kiosk in the Detention Center lobby, located at 14 S. Water St., Liberty, Mo. Payment must be made in cash. The lobby is open 24/7.

You also can use an approved bail bond agent, if allowed by the Court. 

Once the bond is paid, we will begin the release process. Please be patient and note that there are multiple steps involved in a release and the inmate may not get out right after the bail was posted.
