Deputy

This is an entry-level position for commissioned personnel within our detention facility. Candidates must be 21 years of age, and have a valid Class A PEACE officers license through MO POST.

Current shift assignments are as follows 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am. Must be able to work any shift assigned. 

Responsible for maintaining security, processing individuals in and out of the detention facility, supervising, and controlling all inmate activities which may include transporting to hospitals, doctor's appointments, court or other correctional facilities. 

Starting Salary: $55,000 yearly plus uniform allowance and benefits.  

Positions will be available in our Detention Center as of January 1, 2025. All commissioned positions will start within the Detention Center. Position open until filled.
