Lobby at 12 S. Water Street closed

The lobby at our 12 S. Water Street (Administration Building) entrance is now closed to the public. Now that our dispatchers have moved to a co-located dispatch center in Gladstone, there is no one on site available to assist residents who come to that lobby. Instead, residents should go to the Detention Center lobby at 14 S. Water Street, at the corner of Water and Mill streets. There, you can request reports or make a walk-in report using a phone that connects directly to dispatch, just like it used to be in the 12 S. Water Street lobby. The lobby is staffed 24/7, but some services are only available during business hours. The safe internet exchange zone also will move to the Detention lobby.

Deliveries also should now go to the Detention lobby at 14 S. Water Street.
