Sheriff’s Office is first stop for radio station’s law enforcement tour
KCMO Talk Radio 710 AM/103.7 FM will host its inaugural stop for the “Back the Blue Tour” at the Clay County Sheriff’s Office tomorrow, June 23.
Morning host Pete Mundo will tell the untold stories of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office in an effort to support local law enforcement and share with the public some of the work being done by the men and women in law enforcement across the Kansas City metro area. The show is broadcasting live from the Sheriff’s Office and will run from 6 to 10 a.m.
In addition to an interview with Sheriff Will Akin, listeners will hear about the Sheriff’s Office’s latest initiatives, from the fight against fentanyl to addressing mental health needs in the community to Detention Center upgrades.
