SILVER ALERT: Bert Torrey

DEC. 7 UPDATE: A very sad update in this case: Mr. Torrey was located deceased this afternoon by Ray County Sheriff’s deputies. They found him just outside of his vehicle south of Richmond, on Pryor Road. There was no evidence of foul play. The Silver Alert is cancelled.

SILVER ALERT: 81-year-old Bert L. Torrey. He was last seen about 6 a.m. today, Dec. 5, at his home near NE 77th Street and Nebo Hills Road in rural Liberty, Mo. He has dementia and diabetes and is without his medication. He may be driving a maroon 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan with Missouri license plate NA4-X4N. He does not have his phone with him.
